And what do you want from me? Karthik: I am a much disciplined man. I wake up around 5 a.m. Do my yoga and then do Pooja for about one hour. From 9 a.m. I will start seeing visitors. I will have lunch around 1pm. In the night, I will do meditation for one hour before going to sleep. For dinner I will have only fruits and milk.
