Imagine your mind and you having a conversation.
Let us say you are blaming somebody for your misfortune and you want to come out of this thought.
Ask your mind, "Why are you always playing the role of a victim?"
It might give you an answer.
Counter the answer with another question.
Keep conversing with mind, until it gets tired.
Why you do this?
The mind is not used to questioning until now.
It is confused and so the chain of thoughts is broken.
Therefore peace reigns inside you.
To RULE your mind, keep asking questions until your mind becomes silent.
