I developed slight cold. The chill weather, I guess is the reason. Of course, this didn’t stop me from taking a heavy Punjabi Breakfast.
On normal circumstances, I would have done Linga Mudra. As I had a heavy breakfast, I wanted to do Acceptance Mudra and then Mathangi Mudra, for 20 minutes each.
What is the alternative way?
From yesterday’s class– MIND, BODY and LIFE DEMYSTIFIED, I picked up one tip – when one organ has problem (Lungs), we need to address the organ (Kidney and Urinary Bladder) – its solution finder, as per the triangle theory. Then the problem will be solved automatically.

The Tao mantra for Kidney and Urinary Bladder is ‘KA CHONG FAI YONG” (FAI is pronounced as five). The moment I realized the problem, the cold stopped.
Of course, I chanted the mantra so as to tone up the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder.
