Make your job permanent

My job is on contractual basis in a central government institute. No permanent position they are offering. I want my job to become permanent in this institute. How should I get help of universe?

Daily in the morning say three times, “I thank the DIVINE for making my job permanent.”

Then forget about trusting that the universe will take care of that. Thank all the colleagues management staff, your work, your salary, and your office daily, while going to the office.
