1. Thanks giving, affirm, “I thank Reiki, I thank myself, I thank master”

2. Draw the connection symbol, chant the mantra 3 times and affirm, “I am connected to the source of Reiki”.

3. Draw cleansing symbol (Sei he ki), place it on the Heart chakra and chant the mantra 3 times.

4. Draw power symbol, place it on the Heart chakra and chant the mantra 3 times.

5. Affirm, “Reiki flow through me”.

7. Imagine the organ on the left palm and draw the cleansing symbols followed by the power symbol.

8. Hands on Position: place your hand on the part that needs energy and draw the symbols, chant the mantra 3 times, and keep your hand for 3 minutes in the position. In between draw the symbols as many times as possibleHealing Others
